We offer a variety of baked goods and snacks, including puff puffs, meat pies, and more. Our menu is designed to bring authentic flavors to every occasion.
Q2: What happens if I try to place an order for a day you're closed?
No problem at all! If your preferred pickup date falls on a day we're closed, you can still place your order. Simply select an alternative date during checkout, then include your actual desired pickup date in the special comments section of your cart.
Our team will review your request and if we're able to accommodate your preferred date, we'll reach out to you directly to confirm. This way, you won't miss out on getting your Jay's K'tchen favorites when you need them!
Q3: Do you offer catering services for events?
Absolutely! We provide catering for events of any size. Whether itβs an intimate gathering or a big celebration, we have tasty options to suit your needs. Reach out to us to discuss your event and get a personalized quote!
Q4: What areas do you deliver to?
At this time, Jay's K'tchen operates on a pickup-only basis and does not offer direct delivery services.
However, if you require delivery, we're happy to help facilitate arrangements! You can coordinate with courier services such as Uber Courier or other local delivery options to pick up your order from our location and deliver it to you. Simply place your order with us for pickup, then arrange for your preferred courier service to collect it at your scheduled time and advise of same.

Q6: Do you offer shipping for all products?
Currently, we only offer shipping for our delicious Chin Chin. Weβre actively working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer more items soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Q7: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location. For Canada, standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days. For the United States, it ranges from 5-10 business days. International shipping may also take 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Q8: What is your return policy ?
Because our products are perishable and for the safety of all of our customers, all food sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Q9: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Q10: Can I customize my order?
We're excited to share that soon weβll be offering customizable combo boxes with a variety of options for you to enjoy, specially tailored for small events and gatherings. Weβre working on making this available, so stay tuned for more updates!
